There is a spirit in a man that makes him immortal. An edge on life which can raise the hope of other men without showing egoism. Such is the spirit in Raymond. He has a natural ability to give the joy of living to others by accentuating their positive attributes. You must have the ability to see the good in others first, before you can reflect that value back to them. It's not a pandering social climbing spirit. It's a genuine love of people.
On the snowy slopes of Utah and Nevada, Ray is known as "The King." He is one of those guys who can do flips and turns in mid-air while skiing off an embankment. Possibly he learned balancing skills such as back flips and forward flips in judo classes when he was only 11 years old. But, even his judo instructors were impressed with his natural ability.
In the summer he likes to hike in the mountains. He also likes to go cave exploring with members of the county search and rescue team. He enjoys any outdoor activity that requires physical agility and stamina.
